Welcome to the Southeast Expanded Mental Health Services Program (SEMHSP) Governing Commission! We are dedicated to bringing free, high-quality mental health services to the four Chicago southeast communities of Kenwood, Hyde Park, Woodlawn, and South Shore because everyone deserves access to compassionate care and support. Whether someone is seeking help for themself or a loved one, we are here to provide a path to healing, resilience, and well-being. No barriers, no judgment—just a commitment to mental health.
