Submit A Proposal

Please follow the instructions to submit your request for proposal for consideration. Questions can be submitted up to 2 weeks prior to the submission deadline of June 1st at: [email protected] 

1. Download the Request for Proposal (RFP) document.
2. Review the complete document to familiarize yourself with all the guidelines and requirements for submitting your RFP.
3. Detailed instructions on how to prepare your RFP for submission can be found on page 7 of the document.
4. General Conditions can be found on pages 10-11 of the RFP document. 
5. Once completed, please submit your information and upload your Proposal using the Submit Proposal form below.
6. Please note that proposals must be submitted only in digital form according to the instructions outlined in the RFP document.
7. All proposals are due no later than 5:00 PM central time on June 1st, 2026.
